Orders can be placed via the appropriate Google form. Information about the opening of orders is shared with the Google form on the Telegram channel.
I may refuse to execute a commission.

GENERAL

✤ Take a look at my gallery as you commission me for my style.
✤ I ACCEPT ONLY SFW REFERENCE SHEET. Please make the ref clear- I mean easy to read. If you don't have a ref, please make clear character drawings.
✤ The drawings are in accordance with trello, the exceptions may be simple ych's and single stickers.
(The completion time varies based on commission details!)
✤ If you share my work, please remember to always credit me (Koma/ Komatherabbit)
✤ I reserve the right to use the art I create for you as examples of my portfolio.
If you don't want me to publish the drawing I'm creating for you anywhere, it will cost 50% extra of the initially agreed-upon price.
✤ You cannot remove my watermark or hide it in any way.
✤ You are not allowed to edit my artwork without my permission.
✤ You cannot make money from my art without my permission and additional fees.

PAYMENT

✤ I require full payment in advance. My prices are non-negotiable.
Payment plans are available only for regular customers.
✤ Payment methods include PayPal (bank transfer and BLIK available for customers from Poland).
✤ Once I start your commission, refunds are not available.
✤ I have the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within the previously agreed time.
✤ For complex character designs and larger changes after the sketch phase - the price may increase.

WORK IN PROGRESS

✤ Work will be started when payment is confirmed.
✤ I will contact you when I start your order.
✤ If you want set a deadline for me to finish the commission, please inform me before placing the order.
Once work is started without an agreed-upon deadline, it cannot be set.
✤ I send WIP's at every stage and I respond as quickly as possible.
✤ All changes are made during the sketch phase.
✤ Any changes requested during the process may include additional costs, depending on their complexity.
✤ The completed work I will send you the file without compression. I do not send the file with layers.
